I started Holmes Architecture & Planning to offer a more personal and dependable service for clients looking for quality design solutions at a fair price. My goal has always been to provide reliable, cost-effective architectural services while ensuring every project, no matter the size, gets the attention it deserves.

With over a decade of experience in architecture and planning, I’ve personally handled hundreds of successful planning and building control applications. These projects have ranged from domestic extensions, loft conversions, outbuildings and new builds to larger developments and listed buildings.

Over the years, I’ve built strong relationships with local authorities, which has contributed to a high pass rate for applications in the area.

Design is my passion, and I’m committed to creating beautiful, functional spaces tailored to each client’s unique needs—whether it’s a small extension, a self-build, or a larger development.
