Soham, Two Storey Extension

The Vision: Our clients wanted to extend their kitchen space and create a bright, open-plan area perfect for family gatherings and everyday living. They also wanted to create additional bedroom and bathroom space on the first floor for their growing family. By adding extra square footage and maximizing natural light, we’ve turned their vision into reality.

 As well as a ground floor extension and new first floor extension a redesigned roof was created which really maximised the space available. The raised replacement roof now means that the previous cramped and low ceiling heights are now bright and practical spaces which have added huge value to this family home. The entire rear of this property was so low you couldn’t walk around most of the bathroom and bedroom areas!

We guided this project from initial conception, through the planning process and building control sign off.
