We are excited to share another project where we had the privilege of guiding it from initial concept through to construction. We can’t wait to see it completed! 

 This unique, detached self build property is being constructed within the rear garden of an existing home in Cambridge. Drawing on our expertise, we successfully obtained planning approval on the first attempt, discharged all planning conditions and secured building regulation approval. 

 Designed to fit a long, narrow plot with multiple restrictions, this contemporary dwelling showcases a layout that maximizes space and functionality for our clients. The vaulted ceilings throughout create an impressive sense of scale upon entry and the feature fireplace is set to be a true focal point. 

 Once completed, the property will offer three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living area, and an open-plan kitchen and dining space, all within the garden of an existing home!
